These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and at777 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the at777 online gaming platform, accessible at https://at777.im and all associated sub-pages, services, and features (collectively, "the Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in a promotion, or otherwise using any part of the at777 service, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

at777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure.

To register and maintain an active account on at777, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. at777 is strictly an adults-only platform. 18+ Players under 18 years of age are absolutely prohibited from accessing or using the Platform in any capacity.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You must be the registered holder of the payment method you use to deposit funds (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, bank account, or card).
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement, whether initiated through at777 or any other platform, that remains in effect at the time of registration.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or as a professional gambler operating on behalf of a syndicate or group.

at777 applies Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-fraud standards. Before your first withdrawal is processed, you will be required to submit identity verification documents confirming your age and identity. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. at777 reserves the right to request further documentation at any stage.

If at777 discovers at any point that a player does not meet the eligibility criteria — including age requirements — the Company reserves the right to immediately suspend the account, void all bets placed, and confiscate any balance held. Deposits made by underage players will be returned to the original payment method after deduction of any processing fees incurred.

Each player may hold exactly one (1) active account on the at777 platform. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, phone numbers, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, at777 reserves the right to close all associated accounts without notice and to withhold any balances pending investigation.

3.1 Registration Information

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information including but not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile phone number. You agree to keep this information current and to notify at777 promptly of any changes by updating your account profile or contacting [email protected].

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension. at777 shall not be liable for any losses arising from a player's failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your at777 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. at777 will never contact you to request your password via any channel including email, live chat, or telephone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact [email protected] immediately so that protective measures can be applied.

at777 implements two-factor authentication (2FA) via OTP for logins originating from new or unrecognised devices. This provides an additional layer of security on your account. You are encouraged to ensure that the mobile number linked to your account remains current so that OTP delivery functions correctly.

3.3 Account Currency

All at777 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There is no facility to change the account currency once registration is complete. All deposits, withdrawals, bets, winnings, and bonus balances are expressed and processed in BDT only.

at777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following supported payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, Visa, Mastercard, and bank transfer to Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 via mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash).
• The minimum deposit amount for card payments (Visa, Mastercard) and bank transfers is ৳500.
• Mobile wallet deposits are credited to your at777 account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to be credited, depending on the processing schedule of the sending institution.
• at777 does not charge a fee for standard deposits. However, your mobile operator or bank may apply their own transaction charges, for which at777 accepts no responsibility.
• You may only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will trigger an account review.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 across all payment methods.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within twenty-four (24) hours of approval for mobile wallet withdrawals, and up to three (3) business days for bank transfer withdrawals.
• at777 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents before approving any withdrawal, regardless of whether KYC was previously completed.
• Withdrawals requested while a bonus wagering requirement remains outstanding may be held until the requirement is satisfied, or the bonus may be forfeited at the player's election to proceed.
• Withdrawals of amounts exceeding ৳50,000 in a single transaction may be subject to enhanced due diligence review. Processing times for such withdrawals may extend beyond the standard timeframe.

at777 offers promotional bonuses to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions offered by the Company are subject to these general Terms as well as any specific terms and conditions published alongside the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

• All bonus awards are made at the sole discretion of at777. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds. Real-money funds are used first for wagering unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Bonuses are awarded for personal recreational use only. Players who, in the Company's reasonable assessment, are using bonuses in a systematic or commercial manner may have their bonus eligibility revoked.
• at777 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus — including any winnings derived from that bonus — where it determines that a bonus was claimed fraudulently, in bad faith, or in breach of these Terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A wagering requirement specifies the total amount you must wager on eligible games before bonus-derived funds become eligible for withdrawal. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must place a total of ৳20,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal is permitted. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limits for each promotion will be stated in the corresponding promotion details page.

Wagers placed on certain game categories — including but not limited to live sports betting, certain table games, and crash games — may contribute at a reduced percentage towards wagering requirements, or may not contribute at all. Specific contribution rates are published in individual promotion terms.

5.3 Seasonal & Event Promotions

at777 may release time-limited promotions aligned with events significant to the Bangladesh market, including BPL cricket season, IPL, T20 World Cup fixtures, Eid-ul-Fitr, Eid-ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), Victory Day (16 December), and Independence Day (26 March). These promotions are subject to separate terms published at the time of launch and are available for limited periods only.

By using the at777 platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You accept personal responsibility for all activity conducted through your account. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where warranted:

• Fraudulent Activity: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment methods, initiating fraudulent chargebacks, or engaging in any form of financial deception in connection with the Platform.
• Money Laundering: Using the at777 platform for the purpose of laundering, concealing, or legitimising funds obtained from criminal activity. at777 is committed to anti-money laundering (AML) compliance and will report suspicious activity to appropriate authorities.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, bet, or tournament offered on the Platform.
• Automated Tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with the Platform on your behalf in a manner not sanctioned by at777.
• Bonus Abuse: Registering multiple accounts, using third-party payment methods, or employing any strategy designed specifically to exploit promotional offers rather than for recreational play.
• Account Sharing: Allowing another person to use your at777 account credentials, or using another person's account credentials regardless of their consent.
• Intellectual Property Violations: Reproducing, copying, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content, software, or materials from the at777 platform without the Company's prior written consent.
• Harassment: Using any communication feature of the Platform to harass, threaten, defame, or abuse at777 staff, other players, or any third party.

at777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The player has provided false or misleading registration information;
• The player's account is being used for fraudulent, money laundering, or other unlawful purposes;
• The player has initiated a chargeback or payment dispute without prior authorisation from at777;
• The player does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2; or
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations require it.

7.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request voluntary closure of your at777 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, at777 will process the request within five (5) business days. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method after completion of all applicable verification checks. Pending bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to exclude themselves from the Platform for responsible gaming reasons may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion by contacting [email protected] or by using the self-exclusion tools available in the account settings panel. During any self-exclusion period, the account will be locked, all marketing communications will be suspended, and re-registration will not be permitted until the exclusion period has expired (for temporary exclusions) or at all (for permanent exclusions). 7.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has occurred for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. at777 will notify the registered email address associated with a dormant account before any administrative fee is applied. A monthly dormancy fee of ৳100 (or the remaining balance if lower) may be deducted from dormant account balances to cover administration costs. If the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed. Dormant account fees will not reduce a balance below zero.

The at777 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While the Company makes every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, error-free platform availability, at777 makes no warranty — express or implied — that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults, viruses, or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, at777 shall not be liable for any loss or damage — including but not limited to direct loss, indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity — arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the at777 Platform;
• Any delay, interruption, or outage affecting the Platform, including during live betting events;
• Any error in odds, market prices, or game results caused by a technical fault, data feed failure, or human error — the Company reserves the right to void affected bets in such circumstances;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate password security;
• The actions of any third-party payment provider, game studio, or data supplier integrated with the Platform;
• Your reliance on any information or content published on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit at777's liability for death or personal injury caused by the Company's own negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8.1 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising between you and at777 in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting [email protected] with a clear description of the issue. at777 aims to respond to all formal dispute submissions within ten (10) business days. If informal resolution is not achieved, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with procedures communicated to you at that time.

8.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect as if the severed provision had not been included.

8.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and at777 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any nature.
